The Next Big & Wilde Adventure.

Well it's time for me to mentally prepare for my next concert. Tomorrow night Blake and I are hitting the Big "A" Show that x96 puts on every year. It was the deal that Blake would come to a concert of my choice if I would go to one of his. Hopefully this concert doesn't get quite so wild. I have a feeling it will be much more wild based on the line up. =) However I would like to keep both shoes if at all possible.
We didn't get tickets until yesterday, and I knew all of the reserved seating was full since they kept announcing it on the radio. But somehow a miracle came our way and I ended up getting 20th row seats, dead center. It's like the concert gods sent me their magic powers.
It's at Usana Ampitheatre which is my favorite venue since the sun sun sun can shine down. Hello coldsores though right? I'm going to put a 1 inch layer of sunscreen on my lips the entire day. In fact I think they have black zinca, I can pull off the Emo look with ease.
Here's the lineup.
Now if I can just find my cut off shorts and spike necklace.

3:05 Broke City
3:25 Mury
3:50 Street Dogs
4:25 Billy Boy On Poison
4:50 Single File
5:25 Madina Lake
6:00 Escape The Fate
6:45 Airborne Toxic Event
7:20 Alkaline Trio
8:05 Red Jumpsuit Apparatus
8:40 Unwritten Law
9:35 The Offspring
I would be fine showing up at 7:20... ahem not going to happen.
Let the party commence at 3pm tomorrow.
Fluids people, always drink fluids. And if you are sucking face to the back of a large man in the mosh pit for more than 2 hours, I would suggest a short break. It will work out better for you in the end.
Ciao!

My 2 Favorite Stinkies

Jenny just sent me this picture. I want to eat them both. Aren't they the cutest things you have ever seen?
When Jax wakes up the first thing he says he wants to do is "Hold Yogan."
Haha I think Logan is becoming his new BFF.
Gosh I love them.
I better have some cute kids. They have some cute shoes to fill, that's for sure!

Post Concert.

Hello Everyone! I hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend! Ours was filled to the gills, but we had a great time. Friday night was our date night which we spent eating at our favorite spot "Yoshi's" .. always a good start to the weekend! And then of course we had to go visit Best Buy, we just can't help ourselves in that place! Luckily this time we didn't buy anything.. just looked. Phew! Then Saturday morning we headed out to Heber/Midway for Ellyce's bridal shower (Blake's cousin). It was great to hang out with the whole Wilde crew all weekend. Lots of BBQ'n and whiffle ball. I think I gained 40 lbs though. Sheesh. Good thing it's a new week! I will just pretend all of the food I ate was calorie free.
Then to end our weekend with a big bang, Blake and I ventured out to the concert that I have been waiting for...No doubt and Paramore! The night started out with a band called "The Sounds." I had never heard of them before, apparently they are from Sweden. They were a bit crazy but pretty fun to listen to, the lead singer was a girl who was absolutely nuts (and who also liked to say F words alot, not so wonderful to my innocent ears.) Then Paramore performed, they were awesome! I liked them as much as No Doubt. It was definitely a party on the floor, quite the experience for Blake and I. But we had a great time...now for the Big A Show on Friday! That was the deal, I got to go to my concert and Blake got to pick his. I hope I survive, atleast this one is outside! A little more breathing room.... ahem.
So happy short week to everyone, hope it goes quickly!!!
Our "seats" Aka our standing room. Long night of standing let me tell ya....But we were near the front for most of the concert =) Then had to take what I call a "breather." Hahaha.

Party in the City.

Yesterday I logged in to the E Center website to look at their upcoming events and somehow talked myself into purchasing some No Doubt/Paramore tickets for Monday Night. And let me just tell you, I can't wait! Blake and I are on the floor and are looking to be a sweaty hot mess by the end of the night. I am also hoping that I can bring back some of those hot club moves I used to be so professional at. Blake might wonder who he married, or why I have been hiding this alter ego for so long. Heaven knows my milk shake brought all the boys to the yard. Too bad none of them had cars or jobs.......
So wish us luck! I will be sure to get loads of pictures for your enjoyment. And I will touch Gwen Stefani. And then flash her my hoohas. And unfortunately watch her wince.

Hi, My name is Emily, I'm 25 years old and I'm addicted to....

LAGOON.
Blake and I finally caved and bought Lagoon season passes this year, along with Keisha and Jake who are going to be our little throwup buddies. We already spent our first day there last Saturday. I haven't had time to post pictures, and I actually didn't take a whole lot of them because we were only there for 3 hours. We found ourselves amidst a million screaming little girls before we realized that dance recitals were being held in all of the pavillions. We got outta that place after standing in endless lines. But we still had fun and are just soooo dang excited to spend lots of summer nights there, basking in the sun and dry heaving from the smell. Mmm love Lagoon! Here are some pics for your enjoyment... You can see the progression of being happy to not. And of course I captured Blake on his new favorite ride. Weeeeeeeeee.
Happy Thursday folks!

Fun times at Work-oh-la!

I work at Cache Valley Electric with some awesome girls. Our friend April just left our office to take a different job so we snapped some pictures that we could all keep to remember our little 4-some! I have to admit I work with some really great girls, I will miss them the day that I have to leave CVE! Which hopefully won't be soon... =)
Top Row: Keyle, Cheryl
Bottom Row: Mwah and April
It's definitely a plus loving the people you work with!

Insanity

Three Women in Heaven

Three women die together in an accident and go to heaven. When they get there, St. Peter says, "We only have one rule here in heaven: don't step on the
ducks!"

So they enter heaven, and sure enough, there are ducks all over the place. It is almost impossible not to step on a duck, and although they try their best to avoid them, the first woman accidentally steps on one. Along comes St. Peter with the ugliest man she ever saw. St. Peter chains them together and says, "Your punishment for stepping on a duck is to spend eternity chained to this ugly man!"

The next day, the second woman steps accidentally on a duck and along comes St. Peter, who doesn't miss a thing. With him is another extremely ugly man. He chains them together with the same admonishment as for the first woman.

The third woman has observed all this and, not wanting to be chained for all eternity to an ugly man, is very, VERY careful where she steps. She manages to go months without stepping on any ducks, but one day St. Peter comes up to her with the most handsome man she has ever laid eyes on - very tall, long eyelashes, muscular, and thin.St. Peter chains them together without saying a word. The happy woman says, "I wonder what I did to deserve being chained to you for all of eternity?

"The guy says, "I don't know about you, but I stepped on a duck!"

This is a shout to my husband because I think he is the most amazing guy in the whole world. I think I definitely lucked out in this whole marriage deal, and he probably thinks sometimes he is that guy who stepped on the duck. What luck, haha! Heaven knows he puts up with a lot from.... well me. =) But I sure am grateful to have ended up with such a great guy, who helps with the dishes/laundry/everything. He does so much to help me and I don't tell him thanks enough. So thanks Blake, I love you!

Happy B-day Daddy-o!

This is a shout out to my Pops who turned 39 today. Woo! 39 yah. Hope you have a special day Dad, filled with lost of gas.. and happiness.
Can't wait for the wild Pugh party tonight!
Love you! Emsizzle

What the Heff.

Remember how yesterday I wrote that wonderful blog about spending the weekend in fantastic weather and being oh so proud that no cold sores had surfaced. Yah well, retract that statement. I woke up with a beauty on my lower lip. Right now it's the size of a large grape, I look like I had a bad experience with botox and I'm now suffering from an only-a-Shitzu-could-love-underbite.

Happy Wednesday everybody.
It can only go up from here.

Not an actual photo, but almost as hot.

Weekend In Price!

This weekend we headed out to Price to spend the weekend with Blake's family. It was great to spend a couple days with them, and with the great weather we were able to spend alot of time outside finally! We started the weekend off with a 3-D Bowshoot in Huntington, Blake Brandon and their Dad all participated. It was great weather and a tough course, I think the boys had a whole lot of fun! I did too, anything that involves me in sunshine these days has to be good! Then we headed to Ferron where we ate the best cheeseburgers at the Grub Box. Really I don't love burgers but these ones were suuuuperb! =) Then off we went for a great 4 wheeler ride called Black Dragon. It was a good mix of terrain and we were able to get some more sun! However, if you all remember last year, I ventured out for a 4 wheeler ride around this same time and due to some major sunburning I had quite the time with cold sores and peeling before my wedding =) This time I played it a little safer and put on some sun block!!! Woo, no cold sores. After our ride we headed over to Brandon and Jacque's for pizza and met up with Kathy and Grandma Wilde. An early celebration for Mother's Day and Brandon's birthday which was also on Sunday. After a good nights rest we woke up and were able to talk to Bradey who is on his mission in South Africa. It was an awesome day, we ended the trip with an amazing BBQ that the Wilde's put on for us and then ventured back home. Thanks to the Wilde's for such a fun weekend! It's always a good time playing in Price, I know it rejuvenates Blake so that he can withstand the "big city" that he is stuck in for now =) Hope everyone has a great week!Beamer and Rick getting ready for the Ride!

Brandon & Jacque geared up!

Bee's Game!

This video will change your life.
Stinky Mcgee is the coolest kid out there, don't ya think?

Last night we got the pleasure of attending a Bee's game with the Marath family and had a great time! Nice weather, kettle corn, $1 hot dogs, what more could you possibly ask for! It was a fun night, and Jax couldn't have had more fun with the Marath kids. He put on quite the show for them all night with his crazy dance moves and yelling of Mexicoooooooo! Apparently he was saying Motorcycle everytime he heard one drive by the stadium, but we were all conviced he was yelling Mexico! Good thing his Mom was around to set us all straight =) Thanks to the Maraths for a great night!

GRADES!

Ok so this is a total pat-my-own-back sort of a post but I'm not ashamed to write it regardless. Teehee. All week Blake and I have been waiting on our grades to come back from Spring semester and it's been killing us! Everyday I check a thousand times over only to find no grades posted. However, today was different...finally they are here! I am soooooo proud to say that Blake got a 4.0 this semester in some very difficult classes! He worked so hard throughout the semester and it paid off! And as for me, well I studied my toosh off in Microbiology all semester and luckily pulled off a 4.0 also! I am ready to apply to the Nursing Program this fall, and I can't wait!

Beuuuuuuuuuuuuuuford.

Today I regret to tell all of you that my Mom found out she has pneumonia. Luckily it's not advanced enough that she needs to be hospitalized or anything. I think that's due to the brute strength that she summons from her inner Beuford. Some of you may laugh, but it's true. All of us have an inner person/animal/thing who we summon for strength. Mine is often the fat 10 year old that I once was or on some days the lady who Long Duck Dong likes in Sixteen Candles. Not so with my mother, hers is the evil Sheriff from Smokey and the Bandit. He lights a fire within her bosom and she can withstand anything. So this is to you Mom, I hope you heal quickly and rid of the evil pneumonia that resides within.
"Yo ass is Molasses." That's what my Mom says to pneumonia today. Right now we should all be praying for the pneumonia, because it doesnt stand a chance.
Goooo Beuuuuuuuford.
Get feeling better Mama.
