Finish this Sentence.... fine I will. Good.

Maybe I should...sue Hardy's for all of the grief they have caused me over the years. Child Obesity is not #1. But the Hardy's Frisco Breakfast sandwich was #1. On the combo menu.

I love...being married. Now I have someone completely stuck with me. No matter how often I cuss like a sailor or bloat from dairy products he has to love me.

People would say that I'm... tall. "Wow you're really tall." "Really? Thanks, your hair is blonde, with really bad roots." I'm still not sure how to respond to such observances.

I don't understand... people who wear sweats to college. It's $1000 plus to attend college these days. Why not take an extra 20 out of your loan, aka mom and daddy's wallet, and go buy some flippin' jeans. I am tired of bulging men in ball sweats.

When I wake up in the morning...I hit the snooze button about 50 times and then proceed to run into every wall on the way to the bathroom. Sometimes I'll forget to put the toilet lid up and pee all over the floor.

I lost...this doll once whenI was little. It was the most amazing doll, you could heat up it's face (with fire on occasion) and makeup would all of a sudden appear. And then you could pour ice cold water on it's face and the makeup would disapper. Sort of like magic. Then my Mom sold it at a garage sale for 25 cents. I looked for it for a year, until she broke the news. That's when the obesity began.

Life is full of... cold sores. Sometimes I think that my cold sores are just repercussions for wearing all that spandex when I was younger and in Becky Southwicks dance classes. I often think about all the poor people in the audience who had to suffer through "A circle of Life" while I was in an African Spandex ensemble. Let me just say this, I do apologize. Now please let the cold sores go about their way. It's starting to get ridiculous here.

My past is... so last year.

I get annoyed when... people at buffets eat their food while they are still getting other food. Especially large polynesian women at Golden Corral. Who not only ate their food while standing next to the other food, they also covered their entire plate, and most of the floor, in gravy. They was like "What'sssss up?" I was like "You're cholesterol."

Parties are...overated in Provo. I don't want to come over and get crunk on Sparkling Cider and play Apples to Apples.

I wish...Kevin Federline would stop eating.

Dogs...smell butts. It freaks me out. Especially when you are delivering cookies to strangers who you are supposed to Visit Teach. Sometimes they let their dog smell your butt the entire time you are talking to them. I am obviously not speaking from experience.

Cats...are sort of like balls. God had a bunch of extra skin so he thought, "hey why not."

Tomorrow... is the day I get to take another Physiology quiz written by Satan himself.

I have low tolerance...for Fiber One bars. Holy Shart.

If I had a million dollars... I would buy Lagoon. Then I could not only enjoy their sweet rides, but I could also be employed there, ultimate goal in life #10, achieved. I will just need to learn another language so that when I put my mouth on the speaker it sounds like this "Phhhhhffflease seeeeeet downeh Phhhhhhhhh enjorrrrrr zeh riiide phhhhhh achmed."

I'm totally terrified...of Lagoon workers.

SOS Pleeeease someone help me. That's a song.

This is my cry for help. I can't take this Physiology class anymore! I work work work and have no time to study with class, and scouts, and life, and bills, and sleeping. I'm feeling major anxiety, can someone please wish us into December? Or at least to November 25th so that I can find myself in Disneyland and far far away from all of this nonsense? I thought blogging about this would ease my anxiety, didn't work.... moving on.

~FALL BREAK 09~

This weekend we had the pleasure of venturing far, far away from our home... which was much needed! It was great to FORGET about school for a weekend and have some fun finally! Thursday night we took off for Price, we made it there around 730pm. That night we relaxed and got ready for our big 4 wheeler ride we had planned for Friday. We ended up doing a ride called "The Hole" which is just above Ferron. It was really bumpy and rocky because the entire trail had been washed out by water, but it was still fun to be outside and up in the mountains! Friday night we had dinner at the Millsite Restaurant in Ferron and then we drove back to Price, for some much needed sleep. I was pooped! Then Saturday morning, we woke up and headed to Moab which I was super excited about! Blake's parents knew of a fun trail called "Negro Bill Canyon." It was about a 4 mile hike just as you enter into Moab. And just for the record I did it in jeans and slip on DC Shoes. I am so unprepared for anything outdoors, I am surprised Blake hasn't sold me on e-bay yet. But hey, nothing like proving I can hike a good hike in some tennys and a cardigan, I have the blister to prove it! =)
After our hike we went to our favorite restuarant in Moab called "Pasta Jays." We went there on our honeymoon and it's always fun to go back! After lunch, we walked around Moab mainstreet to try and work off all that food, and then we decided to head back to Price for the night. I think we were all a little tuckered out from the hike! Saturday night we went to Groggs with Blake's parents and their friends, that was a lot of fun. And then Blake surprised me with the idea of going to see "Fame" after dinner! What a good husband huh! I thought that was really sweet of him to plan a date for us. The movie was strictly average, but it was still alot of fun! Then to end our vacation, Sunday morning we ventured back to Ferron to watch Beamer's primary program. She did great and we were excited to spend some time with her throughout the weekend! Well that's pretty much all the fun we had, now back to school and work. I can't tell you how excited I am for December to get here, finals please get here quickly!
But hey, our next adventure is Disneyland for Thanksgiving and I can't wait!
Well have a super week folks. Here are the pics to prove we are awesome.

Playin in Moab! Yah I got one picture, I am lame.

Fall Break here we come!

Finally, it's the week of UVU Fall Break, and I couldn't be happpppier! I have this Friday off, which equals a nice short week! Even though Fall Break is technically Thursday & Friday, I am only taking Friday off. I am just far too productive and responsible to take both days..... actually I am trying to save my days off for the week between Christmas and New Years...but that's not the point of this post. So moving on.
This weekend Blake and I are headed to Price for a few days, and hopefully to Moab for the day on Saturday! It's the first weekend in months that I haven't had a test or a quiz Saturday morning, so I hardly know what to do with myself. All I can say is, I am ready to hunt, fish, and slaughter lots of small animals. Or, I would actually be perfectly content with going to see Fame in the Price theater. Heaven help me that it's there, I doubt it is. I bet there aren't 5 people in Price who actually want to see that show, whatever crazies. But either way, I am going to be happy just to be gone! So I hope all of you have a super week filled with love! Until my next post...
oh PS I just got put in as the Webelos Cub Scouts Leader. I sure hope the parents of all of these 10 year old little boys know what they have gotten themselves into. I can already see myself teaching these young people how to change tires and oil. It's about to get real interesting folks. My next post will be of me in my sic-with-a-c Scout shirt. I have already made an appointment to get squirrels and Christmas trees put on my fingernails.

ATTENTION ALL FRIENDS!

The other day I was at my friend Brinley's house and I spotted a beautiful Temple picture that she had on her wall. It turns out they were made at our Ward Super Saturday, which I wasn't able to attend. However, Brinley passed on the lady's info who helped everyone do them, and I really want to do a class with her so that I can have one too! I just need 10 people to attend, so far I have 7 coming. They are only $46.00 and everything is provided to you. The picture is framed in a 26x32 frame, some ladies at Super Saturday brought their own paint for the frame, you are welcome to do that, otherwise the lady brings black paint. It is a stunning picture (see website), if you want more info visit their website here: http://poppyseedprojects.com/Temples.html
They have 5 temples available, see website for that info.
Also, they offer a really cute bonus craft if you are interested in doing that. If you look under the Framed Temple Portraits you will see the baby photo for $12.50. I dont have kids, but hey I could do one of Blake! And put it above the toilet.

Please let me know if you would be interested in doing this with me! We need 10 people to attend in order for the class to be held. It will be loads of fun! And what a great deal! Plus with Christmas on the way, these are great gift ideas as well!

Email me at
emilyw@cve.com if you want me to get in touch with you! Or leave me a comment on here of course =)

RIGHT NOW I AM SHOOTING FOR A SATURDAY MORNING IN NOVEMBER, I WILL KEEP EVERYONE INFORMED AS TO THE SPECIFIC DATE AS SOON AS I HAVE IT!

Thanks! Em-Wilde

The Meat Lady.

The past few weeks Blake and I have been falling asleep in our front room because we have been so pooped at night. We usually get home around 9:30 from school, decide to watch tv for a bit, and then I poop out within 5 minutes and Blake watches tv by himself. On Friday night we did just that, but the following conversation made this night real special.....

Blake: "Em, wake up (nudges me), did you remember to take your medication earlier?"
Emily: "No."
Blake: "Are you sure? I thought I remembered seeing you take it."
Emily "Blake I know what I'm talking about, sodium questions are the easiest ones at my school, leave me alone."
Blake: "Come on Em, let's go to bed."
Emily: "Blake, go eff the meat lady at Albertsons."
Blake: "Are you awake!?"
Emily: "You work at Albertsons at night to help with our bills, now leave me alone."

Then I woke up, and ran into walls as I walked through the hall to my bed. Blake wrote this entire conversation down on our white board so that he could show me how wonderful I am the following morning. He said I am like waking up a teenager on a Saturday morning. I think a teenager would have really said the F word in full, but I just said eff. Like a lady.
